Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are looking for an upbeat, diligent person to work in a medium-paced small office environment.
Hours are flexible and we will try to work with your schedule.
Our office is open M-F 8am to 5pm.
Duties include light phone reception, order processing for large accounts via the internet with phone call follow up when necessary, payment reminder calls for past due accounts & light filing.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge & experience with Excel and Word.
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative position is preferred.
