Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly payroll
- Inputting all info into QuickBooks \*\* MUST HAVE 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE
- Help answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Perform data entry, manage calendars, and schedule appointments
- Send estimates/invoices
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Reply to emails, voicemails and provide info to visitors
- Pay bills on time
- Take care of both accounts payable and accounts recievable
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with calendar management software
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is REQUIRED
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Skills:
- Computer literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, QuickBooks)
- QuickBooks: Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks is REQUIRED
- Customer service: Ability to provide excellent customer service in person or over the phone
- Office management: Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment maintenance
- Clerk: Experience in performing clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
