Office Bookkeeper/Scheduler

Alcoy Spa Services is a hot tub and whirl pool bath repair company that services many manufacturers and has a large selection of parts available for purchase.
With our physical office located in Lindenwold, New Jersey, we are looking for a new team member to join our team! Training will be provided for all aspects of the job.
The individual must be willing and able to work alone.
*Responsibilities:* * Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company * Oversees telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
* Schedule service calls including: Answer the phone, create the work order, schedule the repair.
* Process accounts payables and accounts receivables: Vendors and customers.
* Fills order and ship parts.
* Prepare and process journal entries for various accounts * Reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis * Process and track accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions * Perform data entry and 10-key typing tasks accurately * Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks to manage financial information *Requirements:* * Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role * Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits and credits * Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks * Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
