Accounting Manager/Controller

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team.
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and be proficient in various accounting practices.
Duties: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department - Prepare and analyze financial statements - Conduct account analysis and general ledger reconciliations - Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls - Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives - Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles - Proficiency in general ledger accounting, account analysis, and financial management - Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
