Client Liason/Mid Level senior accountant

See Clear Tree and Property Services is looking for an experienced mid level senior accountant/ client liason account manager that will handle all office tasks.
Office duties include: • Greeting clients with a positive attitude • Handling multiple line telephone • Input customers detailed data into our system • Managing staff schedules • Assisting sales with potential follow up calls to customers • Handling Incoming/outgoing mail • File paperwork accordingly and keep an organized work area • Doing mark outs • Obtaining permits if required • Getting feedback from customers and send customer completion forms • Maintaining detailed notes for clients accounts • Able to write letters and make spreadsheets to help other departments keep things running smoothly • Etc • Proficiency in QuickBooks, adobe, and Outlook is a must • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment • Must have good written and verbal communication skills • Must have a positive attitude and able to stay calm under pressure •Multitasking is a must Salary $40k-$80k (as we may be filling different positions to break up scope of work) Benefits: • Paid time off - 40 hours • Holiday pay - 40 hours • We do not offer 401k or health benefits at this time.
