Available Shifts: *1st shift openings only, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, M-F Position Overview: Keystone is seeking Warehouse Associates to support our 1st shift Shipping or Receiving areas.
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for Warehouse functions including, but not limited to: shipping, product handling and storage, order picking, packing, receiving, material handling, etc.
Responsible for maintaining current Warehouse documented procedures and task instructions.
Essential Job Functions: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
Floors swept Aisles clear All material, supplies, tools, equipment, etc.
put in appropriate place Non-usable skids removed / disposed of Trash receptacles emptied Maximize the use of available storage space by consolidating materials as necessary Maintain inventory value and location integrity by ensuring all materials are put in their proper locations Fill open orders - Pick, pull, wrap and prepare for customer pick-up or shipping Prepare carton labeling and shipping documentation Assist in preparing any necessary hazardous material documentation.
Follow all regulations that pertain to air, ocean and overland freight Assist in the loading/unloading of transfers to and from other Keystone facilities, and put stock away Routinely and safely work with hazardous chemicals and waste.

, Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, Pallet Wrap Machines, etc.
are maintained and in good working order, as well as ensuring forklifts are charged daily as required.
Assist in tracking lost or delayed shipments and place claims if necessary.
Perform and assist with other duties as assigned Qualifications: 0-1 year warehouse experience with knowledge of warehouse functions including storage, picking, packing, invoicing, shipping.
0–1-year forklift experience/ability to complete forklift training.
Strong interpersonal skills-ability to interface and communicate/collaborate at all levels internally and externally.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Computer literate, familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Capable of handling hazardous chemicals.
High attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to conform to shifting priorities and demands.
Mathematical ability.
Education/Certifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
Past or present forklift certification, or ability to obtain certification through the company.
Safety: Complies with all safety regulations; maintains a safe work environment at all times.
Adheres to always wearing the proper PPE/Safety equipment.
Understands and complies with all written safety, health, and environmental procedures.
Attends all required scheduled Health, Safety and Environmental training sessions.
Participates in required Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives and programs.
Perform required administrative functions related to Health, Safety and Environmental functions such as completing forms, checklists, and log sheets.
Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Physical Demands: Employee is required to walk; sit; stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; bend and lift/move up to 50 lbs.

In addition, must be able to maneuver and move 30 to 55-gallon drums or up to 450 pounds utilizing the proper drum material handling equipment provided.
Work Environment: This position requires one to work both in an office and primarily warehouse environment.
There is a moderate level of noise, heat, cold, dust and dirt.
Employee frequently works near moving mechanical equipment and chemicals and will be exposed to varying temperatures.
Employee may be required to cross-train in multiple work areas to perform essential job functions.
