We're excited to expand our team and are currently seeking a proactive individual to manage our rental properties in the picturesque Cape May, NJ.
This role is perfect for someone who excels in a dynamic environment, covering property management, Cleaning, maintenance, and customer service, with the ability to respond to on-call guest emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Management: Ensure excellent upkeep and guest satisfaction in our rental properties.
Maintenance Skills: Have basic plumbing, electrical, and handyman skills to maintain and improve property conditions.
Cleaning Coordination: Responsible for cleaning and Overseeing post-check-in and check-out cleaning tasks, coordinating with other staff as necessary.
Customer Service: Efficiently manage guest interactions via Airbnb and VRBO, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Emergency Availability: Be available on-call to respond to any onsite guest emergencies, providing prompt and effective solutions.
Outdoor Maintenance: Conduct landscaping and pool maintenance tasks to enhance property appeal.
Requirements:
Proximity: Must live close to Cape May, NJ.
Transportation: Should have a valid driver’s license and a car for visiting properties.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call for guest emergencies.
Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused with essential maintenance skills.
Availability: Able to commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week, with the flexibility to respond to emergency situations.
