It is a fully functional mechanical machine does not require electricity however if you hook a 9 V battery to it it does light up And pays out as you win.

It is like having a pimbo machine that you can fit on your coffee table.

I see them in the background of a lot of TV sitcoms friends that 70s show and a bunch of others .
