portrait of Winston Churchill - $325 (Cape May Court House, NJ)

Found in the second floor of a barn on an estate in Cumberland County.
I asked the elderly homeowner what she knew about it.
All she could tell me was that it had been there when they purchased the home in 1964.
The painting measures 26" x 31", and is unsigned.
Clean as a whistle and in super condition; only imperfection is a very small hole at little to the east of Churchill's left shoulder.
This would be pretty easy to mask, or you could go the professional repair route, I guess.
$325 or best offer.
