Tried to rescue but when people stop cars they run into the woods.
Traps are needed to be set by authorities.
This is so sad and getting WORSE ! This is all the time poor lost,scared.
starved dogs, loose on expressway.
If you see a stray dog, PLEASE call state police show contact info and they
will notify animal control for the area.
A dog was hit by car, Sunday evening 7:30 pm -brown-white Pit Terr.
